ONLY 1 GAZEBO PER PERSON OR YOUR TRANSACTION WILL BE VOID.

Word of Mouth Events, working together with Dudley Council, take no responsibility for any temporary structures erected on the grounds of Himley Hall on the date Saturday 2ND August 2025.
The safety and security of any temporary structure (such as but not exhaustively gazebos, windbreaks, tents) is the responsibility of the owner of said structure.
In addition, the safekeeping of any related items such as camping chairs, picnic blankets and so forth is also the responsibility of the owner and not the event company or venue.
The shelter coming into the event space can be no larger than 3x3M in size.
I must enter the event before 3PM and understand I can’t leave and come back to the site.
WHERE YOU PLACE YOUR GAZEBO/SHELTER IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST PLACED BASIS.
It must be weighted and tied down.
Please do NOT BLOCK ANY FIRE ESCAPES.
The shelter must be placed at the rear of the event space ideally tied to the heras fencing
and not in hinder the vision of any other attendee.
I agree not to bring in any flimsy pole to pole structures and they must be sturdy and extractable structure.
Thus being able to take up to 40MPH gusts of wind.
The shelter must be removed from the event space site on the day of the event.
I agree if it is not - I will incur a charge of £50 clean up fee charged to the credit card the booking was made in.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK within your equipment - This will be confiscated and you will be refused entry.
